National Park High Tatras (Vysoke Tatry) is situated in the north of Slovakia, shared partly with Poland. The only mountains of Alpine type in the whole Carpathian Mountain range are often called “the smallest alpine mountains” in Europe.

  1. Day 1 and 2: Day 1 and 2:

    Pick up from Krakow airport (or any other airport your flight arrives to) and drive to the bottom of the great valley where we start a 2 day hiking tour with over night at a beautiful mountain lodge. We will get to know the Northern part of the High Tatras Mountain National park, trying to see the wild life of this area.
    Evening of day 2 –
    We will transfer to the Southern part of the High Tatras Nationalpark. Accommodation in one of the pretty mountain villages located in the near distance of the mountain. Check in. Dinner at hotel.

  2. Day 2: Day 2:
    Breakfast
    We catch the cable car and then go to the second highest poin of the Carpahtian Mountain range – Lomnicky Peak, starting at the point of 850 meters above sea level you will reach in a few minutes up to 2634 meters and have an unforgetable view!  Then we start a hike and descend to the Green lake. Lunch there surrounded by the mountain. If weather and our legs allow us – we will continue to the White Lake. Dinner at Hotel
    In case of bad weather we will visit the beautiful Belianska Cave that belongs among the most visited show caves in Slovakia.
  3. Day 3: Day 3:

    Breakfast. Hike to Velicka Valley. Lunch at the mountain hotel. Possibility of enjoying the Spa with beautiful view of the mountain and waterfall. Then explore the area around Tatranska Magistrala, hiking down.

  4. Day 4:  Day 4: 

    Breakfast. Pack and leave the hotel. Hike to Popradske Lake. Lunch around there. Hike to Strbske Lake, Authentic Slovakian dinner there! Transfer to Krakow Airport or other airport of your departure.
